In the first instance, we are neither a brokerage nor a prop firm and we do not provide accounts to clients.  Our tremendous work is neither affiliated nor sponsored by any of the prop firms mentioned on this site, alternatively, our core aim is to create unbiased awareness and help the community of traders to get funded and make consistent income through trading.  Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.  Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.  Due to the risky nature of the financial markets any EA sale is final and no refunds will be made regardless of the outcome.  All sales are final. No refunds. If a challenge fails we will offer unlimited re-rakes AT NO COST to you, the client – However, you will be responsible to pay the usual prop firm challenge fee.  If your challenge value exceeds £400k and it fails due to our fault then we will honour a 100% refund once we have satisfied ourselves that no third-party trading had taken place during the challenge period.   These terms and conditions apply to either/or both of the following:  1 – The client or, 2 – The person paying for the service.  If your Challenge is below the initial opening balance when it was handed to you by the prop firm (meaning you were in drawdown) you forfeit all rights to any refunds at any point in the proceee and by signing our legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to us commencing service you fully accept this condition. Our No Refund PayPal Clause for Digital Products and Prop Firm Challenges: By completing a purchase of digital products or you make a payment for a prop firm challenge passing service through PayPal, you agree to the following terms: All sales of digital products and services are final and non-refundable.  Once the digital product has been delivered or made accessible, or the service has commenced, you agree and accept that no refunds will be provided, unless the service is for a prop firm challenge of a value of $400,000.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or any other reason.  In the case of a prop firm challenge any attempt by the client to manually trade at any point in the challenge period, or any refusal to allow us 100% control of all trading platforms relating to the challenge,  shall result in an instant withdrawal of our services with zero refunds. You the client agree to this when signing the pre-challenge Non Disclosure Agreement. In the event of a technical issue or problem with accessing the digital product, please contact us for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.  Any dispute or chargeback initiated with PayPal for a digital product purchase will be contested, and evidence of product delivery or access will be provided to PayPal for review.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the digital product may result in legal action.  By purchasing and downloading the digital product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  Please ensure that you review all product details and specifications before completing your purchase. Once payment has been made and the Non Disclosure Agreement has been signed, you automatically agree to and accept these terms and conditions and agree not to contest our business terms in any way.
